Mechanical Design Engineer

Your role

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the mechanical design in projects, drive them yourself, or collaborate with your team on bigger ones. You create the mechanical design of products and systems from the client’s brief following our development methodology. You’ll draft accurate technical plans for prototyping and manufacturing. You know what technology, material, or production method works best to make a fantastic product.

What we are looking for

You have a master degree in engineering or equivalent with 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
You’re an expert in CAD software (Solidworks, Creo,…)
You’re able to use drawings, 3D models, and computer designs to draft technical plans for prototyping and manufacturing
You have a thorough understanding of different production methods, materials, tolerances, and related technical 2D drawings and norms
You have good people and communication skills
You’re methodical: planning, organizing, deadlines, and budgets are your second nature
